In the Homecoming side quest, Gizela Wulflac is waiting for her husband to return from war and sends you to find out what has happened. Camden Wulflac most likely has post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) as he claims that he cannot return to his wife and make her suffer with his nightmares. For that reason Camden has this letter forged to fake his death.
